Bingo 2025 Participant Rules

1. All photos must be taken at Welcome to Rockville 2025 within the Festival Grounds ***campgrounds excluded***

2. Both you and the mascot/ location must be in the picture together.

3. Be kind to the mascots. They are here to have a good time as well, so be respectful and treat them humanely. (ask permission/ ask for consent first, and if first responder/ booth worker doesn’t want a picture, just find another one) 

4. Pictures from prior years events will not count (we will be able to tell).

5. You have the whole festival to get the pictures, so no need to rush through it. We will be here all day.

6. Kids are welcome to play too! Parents, get in on it too. We are all here to have a good time :)

7. This game is FREE! Only thing it costs is your time and effort.

8. Submission is easy! Replace the pictures on the card with the selfies on the card with the photos you have taken at the festival! Go to Theleagueoffesticalmascots.com and select Contact to turn in your bingo card.

9. Winners will be selected up to three (3) weeks after the festival has ended. This will give more than enough time to turn in your cards for entry
